Our 4-Week Guarantee

We are so confident in our ability to generate results for your business that we offer a 4-week refund policy, no questions asked.

If you are not satisfied with our service during the first 28 days of your engagement, you can request a full refund of your retainer fee.

Policy Scope & Exclusions

Please note the following important limitations to our refund policy:

  • Applicable to Retainer Only: The refund policy applies exclusively to the monthly agency management fee (the retainer).
  • Ad Spend Exclusion: Direct advertising spend paid to platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) is non-refundable by Kuboid Growth Agency as these funds are paid directly to the service providers.
  • Commission Exclusion: Any ad spend commission or performance-based bonuses already accrued are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request within your first 4 weeks, please email your dedicated account manager or contact us at support@kuboid.in. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
